the location of the property is perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the main sites in minutes. the apartment complex is well-maintained, with beautiful gardens, and the area feels safe. the friendly staff made check-in easy and provided helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities. the private garden was a lovely touch, and having breakfast there before exploring the city center was a great way to start the day.
The spacious apartment with its modern design made me feel right at home. Cons: Nothing could have been better!

During my stay at Borgo Guelfo VIII, the helpful staff made the check-in process smooth and provided us with all the necessary information for our stay. The personal touch added by Erika, who gave us suggestions for local dining and attractions, was greatly appreciated. Watching the sunset from Piazzale Michelangelo was truly unforgettable. The apartment's location within minutes from the city center made it convenient for exploring Florence.
One drawback was the limited range of the WiFi, as the signal was quite low in the bedroom and garden area. Additionally, some maintenance issues were noted, such as the need for repainting of a wall and cleaning of the air conditioner.
